These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Schengen Mallu's visa appointment, document preparation, hotel booking, and travel insurance assistance services ("Services"). By engaging with us — via WhatsApp, our website, or our booking forms — you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

Schengen Mallu helps clients secure Schengen visa appointments, prepare supporting documents, and arrange hotel bookings and travel insurance where requested. We do not represent any embassy or visa authority, and we do not guarantee visa approval — the decision to grant or refuse a visa rests solely with the relevant embassy or consulate.

2. Booking your flights

💡 Our recommendation: we strongly advise waiting until your VFS appointment slot is confirmed before booking your flights. Booking too early carries a risk if your preferred slot is unavailable. Once your appointment is secured, please book your flights and share the details with us promptly.

Once your VFS appointment slot is secured, please book your flights and confirm the details to us within 48 hours. Without confirmed flight dates, we cannot prepare your travel insurance, hotel booking, or cover letter — which will delay your application.

3. Fees and refunds

Withdrawing after your slot is secured: if you choose to withdraw from your application after we have secured your VFS/TLS appointment slot on your behalf, you remain liable to pay the VFS/TLS fee associated with that slot.

5. No guarantee of visa approval

We prepare and submit applications to the best of our ability, but the final decision on any visa application is made exclusively by the relevant embassy, consulate, or visa authority. We are not liable for a visa refusal, delay, or any condition attached to a visa decision.

6. Payments

Payment for our services is only collected once your appointment or booking has been confirmed, in line with our no-slot-no-fee promise. VFS/TLS fees and insurance premiums are separate from our package fee and are payable directly as part of your application.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Schengen Mallu is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from visa refusal, travel disruption, or third-party actions (including those of embassies, visa centres, airlines, hotels, or insurers). Our total liability in connection with any booking is limited to the fees you've paid us for that booking.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
